Sharing Your Waveforms…

Are you one of those guys who've been collecting waveforms for that long? Do you have a collection of waveforms you’d like to share with other CAAT member trainers?

Well, we’d like to get them from you!

Just fill out the form below, to give us a record of whom you want to hold the copyright on your waveforms, and to give us permission to  post them.

We’ll take care of adding your copyright to the images, and putting them on the website. You’ll retain full ownership of your waveforms, and you’ll get a chance to have an impact on technician training throughout the entire CAAT world.

Note: You only have to send this form once, unless the information changes: Once we have it on file, we'll used it for any other waveforms you send.

Waveform Posting Agreement

I hereby authorize CAAT to repost the waveforms that I send, to be used in classes by independent CAAT member trainers. I swear that I own these waveforms, and have the right to offer them for use as I see fit.

I understand that I will retain full ownership and rights to my waveforms, and that they may not be republished without my written permission.
