The Career Development Tool helps you make sure your personalized training program matches your educational needs. ASE-certified, professional, automotive instructors personally scrutinize the assessment results and map a recommended training program for you. This program is designed to achieve your specific career goals and objectives, guaranteeing the maximum return on your training investment, while saving you both valuable time and money.

These assessments are tools designed assist you in determining your educational needs and develop your career path. They are the foundation to create your personalized training program. Additionally, assessments measure your achievements and improved abilities as you achieve your career goals. To begin the Career Development Tool program, two assessments are available: (1) Core Services Task Assessment, and (2) Driveability and Emissions Assessment.

Enrollment in the Career Development Tool program is easy. To enroll, simply order CDT-1 or CDT-2 and you will receive an informative assessment package along with detailed instructions that lead you through every step of the program.

• A Scantron answer sheet
• A technician survey form
• A pre-addressed, postage-paid return envelope

After you complete and return your assessment package, confidential results are sent to you within ten (10) working days. All results will remain completely confidential, and only you will know your actual assessments scores.
