Joe has owned and operated Torchiana Automotive for more than 20 years. For the past 10 years the 3-technician, 10-bay shop has been located in West Chester, PA. Joe is an ASE Master Tech with L1 certification and specializes in diagnostics and alternative fuel conversions. Besides being an instructor for state emissions training programs, he is also director of Torchiana Automotive Training School Division, a PA licensed trade school.
