CAAT Quality Assurance Program

In an effort to build credibility and national recognition for the CAAT organization a Quality Assurance Program was implemented to ensure that training conducted under the CAAT banner would comply with CAAT Standards.

The CAAT Quality Assurance Program monitors the effectiveness of training and student satisfaction.

Each CAAT class contains a pre-test and post-test. A completion certificate is presented to each student who either receives a score of 70% or greater on the post test or demonstrates an acceptable level of knowledge to the instructor.

CAAT and aTs review the pre- and post-test scores to ensure that the expected learning is taking place in each class. Student comments are also reviewed to ensure satisfaction and the highest quality instruction possible.
